GLLQ explores the use of specifically trained generative AI models in architectural design. The project focuses on a 13,300 m² residential development in Germany.

A custom AI model was trained using planning regulations, façade guidelines, and defined material and color palettes. This enabled the rapid generation of design iterations that remain fully aligned with the masterplan.

The workflow allows for fast and precise exploration. Within a short timeframe, hundreds of façade variations were produced and evaluated - over 240 in just 60 minutes - while maintaining consistency and compliance.

The project examines façade articulation, materiality, and proportion, demonstrating how AI can support architectural practice by accelerating design processes, expanding formal possibilities, and increasing precision.
