For the Brobyholm development in Strängnäs Municipality, centered on Åkers Styckebruk, we were tasked with defining the area’s identity, crafting a visionary concept, and bringing it to life through a series of AI-driven architectural visualizations.

The ambition was not only to illustrate how the area might look, but to convey how it could feel. The images are designed to bring the site to life—allowing the viewer to imagine everyday moments, movement through the landscape, and life unfolding between the buildings. Rather than presenting static representations, the work evokes a sense of presence and belonging.

Through a combination of architectural analysis, site-specific understanding, and visual storytelling, we create imagery that fosters engagement and recognition. Our process combines AI-driven workflows with established visualization tools, enabling us to articulate future scenarios at an early stage and give form to visions that are otherwise difficult to communicate.
